leaking shower inconvenient light

the hotel location was acceptable and provided nearby dining options.

the room i had was not up to par. the shower leaked, causing the floor to become soaked. the light in the closet remained on throughout the night, i found this rather inconvenient

My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary at this wonderful place! The welcome was really good. We appreciated that our room was ready upon arrival at 11:30 am. The breakfast buffet offered great choices. The staff members were polite and professional.

There was no coffee machine in the room.

Staff displayed exemplary cordiality, professional attitude and helpfulness. They went beyond expectations to ensure a nice experience. Turndown service was offered each evening for extra comfort. The staff was very kind!

Every restaurant in the hotel has very nice views, a fantastic benefit. The breakfast buffet included yummy options! A Michelin Star restaurant operates within the hotel. The restaurants are wonderful!

Acceptable stay, but certain aspects NEED IMPROVEMENT

The location was quite good. It provided easy access to nearby restaurants.

The room size was small. Housekeeping was NOT great. The room wasn't cleaned until late afternoon, and there was no spare toilet paper. I expected more for the price.

Underwhelming Stay with Issues

The room I got felt smaller than expected, a real squeeze with my luggage. Housekeeping really missed the mark too. My room wasn't cleaned until late in the afternoon. I spotted no spare toilet paper either, which became a problem. It just wasn't the experience I hoped for, especially considering the cost.
